One of the most recent fields in the Minor leagues is Funko Field which is placed north of Seattle in Everett Washington. Funko bought the naming rights of the field for the next six years which cost them over $11.2 million dollars, becoming the new home of the Everett AquaSox. The stadium can hold up to 3,682 people and was previously called the Everett Memorial Stadium. The community accepted the resigning of the field with warm hands, as many jobs were created in the process. The Everette memorial stadium is an outdoor sports complex containing the newly founded Funko Field and Funko court allowing for both baseball and basketball to be played. In 2022 the track stadium surrounding the arena was renovated leaving the community to vote on whether the outdoor sports complex should expand. The community came to a majority to vote to expand the sports complex allowing for tennis courts and volleyball nets to be put up in the near future. The owners over at Funko Field decided that they would give the community what they agreed upon and devised the plans to renovate around the arena for expansion. They estimate that the renovation will be done in 2026 allowing for more than 400 jobs to be available. They also plan on adding a sign with the famous slogan "After all everyone is a fan of something."
