༽𝔉τ༼ Ministry of Toxicity Prevention
The Ministry of Preventing Toxicity was created to prevent toxicity in erth.io, specifically between clans and individual players. It is currently headed by Piggie, Future, and (possibly) SxtyCat as an outside representative. In this document, the things that make you toxic will be shown. If you are declared toxic, you will be placed on a list of toxic players, with the number of serious and minor offenses. A total of 1 serious offense, or 3 minor offenses will end you up on the list. Want to help us stop toxicity in erth.io? Join FT and sign up for Military Police and help us fight off toxic players!
II. Articles of Toxicity (Serious Offenses)
- Any player that spawn-kills another player repeatedly will be declared “toxic” without the victim attacking you first.
- XP Bombing to purposely crash/lag the server will be declared “toxic”.
- Stealing someone else’s username or tag without their permission, and impersonating them.
- Stealing someone’s erth username and password, and leaking it.
- Leaking someone’s name, location, or any information that they wouldn’t want leaked. (doxxing)
- Really nasty trash talk that includes derogatory terms.
- Trying to remove real offenses from your name.
III. Articles of Toxicity (Minor Offenses)
- Noob Slaying (repeatedly and purposefully killing people who are obviously noobs)
- AFK Killing (killing someone when they are not active)
- Spamming
IV. Punishments of Violators
- 3 minor offenses is equivalent to a major offense. Any ranks or friendships do not block punishments from happening.
- 3 minor offenses or 1 major offense lands you a spot on the Public Toxic Watchlist with a ‘Low’ status. A low status means the player is not very toxic and is not top priority.
- 3 major offenses or 9 minor offenses will change your status to medium status. A medium status means that it is generally advised to avoid the person. Agents in the ministry will talk to you to try to change your behavior.
- 9 major offenses or 27 minor offenses will change your status to KOS. If any person with the KOS status is spotted, they should be killed on sight. If you are in any clan or team, Agents will try to convince the leader or other members to kick you or stop teaming with you.
- Anyone can report a violator in the FT Reports/Complaints form by listing the name of the violator and how they violated the Ministry rules.
- It is crucial for everyone to check the Ministry page daily. If you see that you appeared on the list and believe it to be a mistake, please file a report in the FT Reports/Complaints form and we will do our best to fix it. If we catch you trying to remove a real violation, you will receive a major offense.
- Each name on the violator list will have a tally of minor and major offenses.
- Every week 1 minor offense will be removed from your name.
