Treaty of Fremont

In order to end the war, the leaders of NEO clan must surrender to the FT clan created Treaty of Fremont’s sayings. If NEO clan recruits more members before accepting the treaty, the treaty will not be made official and both sides will still be in war. Any violation of the treaty will lead to war again.

NEO-Non Recruiting Act, Act ‘A’

1 - NEO leaders and members cannot ask people from erth.io to join NEO. This is to stop the threat against FT and end the war.

A - Any person that asks to join is still allowed to join NEO.

B - NEO can only recruit 1 person per week by asking.

2 - NEO members from other NEO clan districts can join and play erth.io alongside other existing NEO members.

A - For Act ‘A’ Statement 1, part B, email verification is needed to make sure that the members are from other NEO districts.

3 - Any remaining NEO members can still stay in NEO if they wish.

Non-Aggression and Peace Act - Act ‘B’

1 - Both FT and NEO have to drop ‘kill on sight’ statements of other clans.

A - Members from both clans can fight each other in groups or solo.

B - Members from both clans can team with each other without punishment.

C - NEO clan cannot ‘steal’ FT clan members.

2 - NEO clan members or leaders cannot partake in secret operations against FT clan. This means creating a new clan or using other methods to attack FT.

A - This includes attacks on discord, youtube, twitter, gmail, and documents.

B - Taking away members means attacking FT clan.

C - Joining another clan does not apply to this because it is a seperate non - NEO owned clan unless NEO leaders have high ranks in it.

3 - NEO clan leaders have the right to join FT and take place in political activity.

A - Any statement brought up to weaken FT clan does not count against Act ‘B’ of the treaty. Any statement such as that will be debated against by the advisory council and has little chance to make it through.

B - Any methods to bribe or threaten higher members for information of power will skip through the first FT impeachment process and go straight, or skip the trial.

4 - Doxxing from both sides must come to an end.

A - Any loopholes around this count against this statement.
