Робоча етика стосується великої кількості питань та нюансів, які переважно схожі в більшості професіях, тому ким би ви не були, завжди треба знати і пам’ятати не лише рамки вашої компетентності, але й межі застосування цієї компетентності. І хоча це все звучить банально й очевидно, отримавши певну посаду, багато людей чарівним способом забувають про робочу етику. «Що, що, етика? Ні, не чув. На наступній нараді розповісте!»

Ох, тут можна було б взагалі зробити яскраву добірку порушень робочої етики – вона часом є там, де ми їх зовсім не помічаємо, бо це просто стає нормою. Такий собі висновок, що порушення робочої етики стало частиною роботи, але так немає бути. Можна покидати фрази на кшталт: «Якби такого не було, то це була б утопія, а утопія неможлива» або «Всі так звикли, все нормально працює». Та цілковито зрозуміло, що не все нормально працює. Один з найочевидніших прикладів те, що процвітання корупції триває, бо з нею готові боротись лише сидячи на кухні, а коли приходить час йти в податкову, то легше подзвонити сусідці племінника дяді Саші з роботи, аби вона все «порішала». І таких прикладів багато. 

Проблем, що пов’язані з робочою етикою, купа. Крім корупції, бюрократизму та просто порушень обов’язків і руйнування систем, є багато іншого, що взагалі порігшує цей світ. Виправдання вбивць, насильників, ворів, «скляна стеля», депутатська недоторканність тощо. Булінг, порушення психіки дітей, суїцидальні спроби – це теж наслідки в тому числі порушень норм робочої етики, тому що деякі вчителі не займаються навчанням та вихованням, а просто якимось психологічним тероризмом цілих класів.

Не прикольно було б, якби я одразу розкрила про яку професію йде мова в серіалі «Анатомія скандалу». Навіть, якщо я не переконаю вас подивитись, ви можете загуглити, і Гугл може переконати вас подивитись. 

Та з-поміж іншого цей серіал чітко зображує принципове дотримання робочих норм та етичних меж своєї професії; об’єктивне зловживання своєю посадою, картонною репутацією, думкою суспільства, атмосферою, яка створюється навколо, ніби сама по собі. Хтось бреше, знаючи, що йому всі повірять, а хтось змінює ім’я та зовнішність, щоб по всім документам стати ніби іншою людиною. А може, стати іншою людиною лише на папері це не є дотримання всіх правил професій? А якщо в цьому є важлива мета? Якщо мова про помсту? 

Ще й підняті питання сексизму, фемінізму, насильства, привілеїв. Чудова Англія зображена, до речі. 

Словом, раджу. Можливо, «хромає» певна кінематографічна сторона, але я по цьому не оцінюю. Серіал має сенс; він висвітлює конкретні проблеми, надає матеріали для роздумів та вагань. Хіба це не чудово?

P.S.2 Чи все таки обидва порушили робочу етику?

Oh, here it would be possible to make a bright selection of violations of work ethics - it is even where we do not notice, because it simply becomes the norm. I can make the conclusion that the violation of work ethics has become part of the job, but it is not so. You can leave phrases like: "If this didn't happen, it would be utopia, and utopia is impossible" or "Everyone is used to it, everything works normally." But it is quite clear that not everything works normally. One of the most obvious examples is that the prosperity of corruption continues, because people are ready to fight it only while sitting in the kitchen, and when it's time to go to the tax office, it's easier to call Uncle Sasha's nephew's neighbor from work to "solve" everything. And there are other examples, of course. 

There is a lot of problems related to work ethics. In addition to corruption, bureaucracy, and simply dereliction of duty and system breakdown, there are many other things that make this world worse. Excuses for murderers, rapists, thieves, "glass ceiling", parliamentary inviolability, etc. Bullying, mental disorders of children, suicide attempts are also consequences, including violations of work ethics, because some teachers are not engaged in education, but simply some kind of psychological terrorism of whole classes.

It wouldn't be cool if I immediately revealed what profession we are talking about in the "Anatomy of a Scandal" series. Even if I don't convince you to watch it, you can google it and Google might convince you to watch it.

But among other things, this series clearly depicts the principled observance of working norms and ethical boundaries of one's profession, and the objective abuse of one's position, fake reputation, public opinion, the atmosphere that is created around, as if by itself. Someone lies, knowing that everyone will believe him, and someone changes their name and appearance in order to become, according to all documents, a different person. Or maybe becoming a different person only on paper is not in compliance with all the rules of professions? And if there is an important purpose? If we are talking about revenge?

Issues of sexism, feminism, violence, and privileges are also raised. Wonderful England is depicted, by the way.

In a word, I advise. Maybe there is some cinematic side to judge, but I don't judge by that. This series has meaning, coverage of specific problems, time for reflection and hesitation. Isn't that wonderful?
