The proposal package should be sent by email to Dmitri Orlov (email). You will receive a confirmation email after submission.

The package should include the Record of Discussion (filled in and signed by both, the proposer and the facility representatives) and the Proposal.

The deadline for submitting the proposals is November 15, 2022.
