During our training in Austria, Marta and I had the opportunity to deliver a dissemination presentation in front of more than 25 participants. We shared the key tools, methods, and insights we gained during the training in Latvia — from project management techniques to practical non-formal education methods.
It was inspiring to pass these learnings forward and see how they can empower others in their work!
On November 14th, the three of us — Tiberiu, Mihai, and Ella — carried out a dissemination activity at the AHA Youth Center in Bucharest, engaging with a group of around 20 young people.
We began by briefly introducing ourselves and giving an overview of the Erasmus+ programme. Using a visually engaging Canva presentation, we walked the participants through the key elements of our project and the learning outcomes we gained.
After the presentation, we held an interactive Q&A session, where participants openly shared their questions, concerns, and curiosities about Erasmus+ opportunities. We were happy to clarify the details, explain the application process, and encourage them to take part in future mobility projects.
On October 30th, I had the pleasure of meeting with the SardinePosture members to share some of the key insights I’ve gained throughout the project, especially in the areas of project management and project writing. It was a great opportunity to discuss practical tools, approaches, and lessons learned that can support their future initiatives.
Overall, it was a productive and inspiring exchange — a reminder of how valuable it is to connect, learn, and grow together across organizations and creative communities.
On 22 November, I delivered a dissemination presentation during the team-building weekend of my association, ESN Bologna. The session was attended by 18 participants.
During the presentation, I introduced the Erasmus+ programme, explained the different types of projects available, and presented the dedicated website we developed during the mobility. The website showcased our project idea and clearly outlined all the steps taken to move from the initial concept to the final result.
Beyond this presentation, the impact of the mobility continues in the long term. Inspired by the experience, I have started developing a substructure for project writing within the association, which is gradually taking shape and aims to strengthen future Erasmus+ project development at local level.
Our dissemination activity took place on 22 December 2025 during the festival “Germogli di Note” in Palermo, an event that brought together a wide audience and several local NGOs.
Within the festival, we facilitated a workshop attended by more than 10 participants, focusing on the Erasmus+ programme, project writing, and our learning experience in Latvia. We presented the different types of Erasmus+ projects, explained the principles of non-formal education, and shared practical advice on how to approach project writing for the first time, including useful tools and tips.
The workshop also included two icebreakers and one interactive activity, which helped create an engaging and welcoming atmosphere. Participants were very satisfied with the session, and we truly enjoyed facilitating it.
