The main target groups of this project are youth workers, project managers, and youth organizations. Youth workers, particularly those involved in non-formal education or community-based youth programs, need to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to apply for and manage Erasmus+ funding.

Project managers and coordinators who lead or manages Erasmus+ projects also require training in areas such as budgeting, reporting, and project sustainability to ensure successful project application. Additionally, youth organizations, particularly those that have not yet engaged with Erasmus+ or lack internal expertise, are key beneficiaries of this training, as it will help them improve their chances of securing and managing funding. The project also targets potential newcomers to Erasmus+, offering them the tools to enter the funding opportunities with confidence. Existing Erasmus+ partners and collaborators would benefit from enhanced skills in effective cooperation, while local and regional authorities could use the training to better support youth development initiatives in their communities.

This training is specifically designed for youth workers who need support in writing successful project applications, managing international projects, and handling administrative tools like the Mobility Tool.
