Continuous Development, where she manages training and capacity-building activities for youth organizations. From 2016
to 2018, she contributed to revising Romania’s National Youth Law and Youth Strategy and helped develop National
Reports for the EU Youth Dialogue process.
I'm a youth worker and nonformal learning trainer, working with young people since 2012. I began as a student volunteer in national and international projects promoting democracy and
transparency. In 2011, I spent six months in Gaziantep, Turkey, with EVS, developing an anti- discrimination campaign and organizing workshops for local youth.
Since 2016, I’ve been involved in projects that help young people understand their rights and engage with their communities. I collaborate on youth projects with various national and international NGOs. In 2023, I completed the “Empowering Citizen-led Democracy” Professional
Fellows Program in the U.S., funded by the U.S. Department of State. Between 2022 – 2023 I enrolled in a master’s in Learning, Innovation, and Coaching in Education at the University of Bucharest.
I love working with young people, encouraging them to explore the world and speak up. I believe sharing good practices among youth workers leads to better programs and stronger participation. In my free time, I travel to learn from different cultures and challenge my perspectives.
I am an experienced youth worker and project manager with over six years of active involvement in non-formal education, youth empowerment, and international cooperation through Erasmus+ projects. I am one of the co-founders of Do Great Things. Latvia, a youth organization that promotes personal and professional development among young people.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from the University of Latvia and have also completed a six-month study program in Sociology, which deepened my understanding of social dynamics, especially in the context of youth work.
My practical experience includes participating in numerous Erasmus+ projects on topics such as leadership, entrepreneurship, active citizenship, and healthy lifestyles. I have facilitated workshops on team building, communication, brainstorming, time management, and leadership skills.
The idea for my latest project grew out of my own first-hand experience managing youth projects and navigating the challenges of audits, reporting, and documentation. I recognized that many project managers, especially in the youth sector, face similar struggles and often lack clear, practical guidance. This inspired me to create a training course that supports other project managers in their journey—sharing proven tools, methods, and real-life lessons to make project implementation smoother, more efficient, and more sustainable.
In my role as a youth worker and project manager, I am primarily responsible for logistical and administrative coordination, financial oversight, and liaising with local stakeholders. I am passionate about continuous learning and am always seeking new opportunities to develop personally and professionally in the field of youth work and non-formal education.
