This training course equips youth workers with the knowledge and skills to effectively design, apply for, and manage youth projects. It focuses on project planning, budgeting, partnership building, communication strategies, digital tools, and evaluation methods. Using non-formal education approaches—such as interactive workshops, simulations, case studies, peer learning, and practical project labs—participants will gain hands-on experience in turning ideas into successful, impactful projects.
The project is implemented by youth workers, with international partners preparing national groups and a local team handling logistics and evaluation. The program will be structured around three main areas: risk management, project documentation, and evaluation. These areas are integral to enhancing the quality and sustainability of youth work in the participating organizations. The activities will be balanced to cover these three key aspects while fostering intercultural learning and encouraging the inclusion of participants from disadvantaged backgrounds or those with fewer opportunities.
