After conducting two week-long courses on Blended Learning for teachers in Tanzania, I carried out an evaluation. The insights I gained from their feedback were immensely valuable, providing me with a clearer understanding of how to approach and improve the program in the future.
Who would be surprised if there were no problems when BL or OL were introduced. Jennifer Hoffmann has created a kind of checklist to clarify whether and which challenges have arisen. It is a helpful tool that I occasionally use to take a critical look at my project.
