Bio:

Angela Browning is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor with over 20 years’ experience working in ‘big four’ accountancy firms.

Angela is an expert in helping companies with R&D and Patent Box claims, having worked with hundreds of companies from small start-ups to large multinationals. Her experience is across all industry sectors with particular expertise in automotive, manufacturing, technology and utility companies.

Prior to establishing Bright R&D Angela led both Midlands and National R&D and Patent Box teams within a big four firm, with responsibility for engagement with HMRC’s policy team. She has maintained these relationships and brings insights to ensure her clients make robust, optimised claims.

In her spare time Angela is proud to be a Trustee / Board Member and treasurer for Rainbows children’s hospice in Loughborough.
