I think that getting expert legal advice early on in family matters is absolutely essential. However, this advice also has to be realistic, practical and grounded in the economic realities of any given situation – and probably more so in light of Covid-19 than ever before.
I offer all of my contacts and clients time to discuss their situation, find out more about their goals and aims, and provide crucial information and guidance early on in their case.
You are separating or divorcing and have questions about any element of the process, legal issues or strategic approach.
You are struggling to spend time with your children as a result of a previous separation or divorce and want to understand your legal options and how best to approach this.
You are paying maintenance to your former spouse and want to understand whether you are able to reduce or end this as a consequence of changing circumstances.
You want to pass on wealth to future generations and are looking to protect this from being lost as a result of a subsequent divorce involving your children or grandchildren.
