Roles and Responsibilities

Technical support is inevitable, and should be expected in some capacity, but it is imperative that staff and partners have a clear picture of who is responsible. We utilized the following tool to clarify roles.

RACI Definitions:

Responsibility = person or role responsible for ensuring that the item is completed. Go to person for this type of request

Accountable = person or role responsible for doing or completing the item

Consulted = person or role whose subject matter expertise is required in order to complete the item

Informed = person or role that needs to be kept informed of the status of item completion
