Stay in communication with your assigned "counselor" - a member of the Scholarship Committee who will monitor your academic progress, handle your requests for reimbursements, financial matters, and discuss any area of concern.
It is the responsibility of all recipients to attend classes regularly, turn in all required assignments, and maintain a minimum 2.00 GPA in all courses.
Funds up to $3,000 will be available for eligible expenses incurred from June 1 of the year the award is received to May 31 of the following year (Scholarship Year).
Expenses eligible for reimbursement include tuition and related fees, books, school supplies, items related to a particular course, institutional fees, and parking fees. Students are also eligible for a one-time reimbursement of up to $500 (included in the $3,000 scholarship) toward a computer, tablet, or printer.
