Choose the one for your system (32 bits, 64 bits, Mac Os, Linux)
It's separate from your existing VS Code (if you have that already)
4. Open the new VS Code. See if things work. Try yourself to create a robot project.
Download CTRE (Cross the Road Electronics) Phoenix installer and follow the instructions to install it onto VS Code.

Follow instructions (very much like CTRE).
This installation will give you the Driver station, roboRio imaging tool, and more.
During activation, it'll ask for serial number. Ask Carmody for it.
Also, you do need to create an account for National Instrument.
