Topic: Climate Change and how to fight it.
Students' level of English: B1 to B1+
Objectives: The students will be presented with several resources tackling the issue of climate change. By working with it, the students are expected to keep a record of any new lexical items present within the material and create a list of new words collaboratively with their peers. The students will work in groups to investigate about ways of fighting climate change with the help of articles from global associations and create a short infographic on what we must and mustn't do as a society.
By the end of the unit, the students will be able to:
Identify new lexical items regarding weather conditions and climate change.
Describe the sources and consecuences of climate change.
Create materials to encourage others to help against climate change.
