There are several important parts of a lesson plan:

Content Standards, main topic of the lesson.
Performance standards, expected results/outputs from learning.
(Content standards and performance standards are already in the Curriculum Guidelines).

Review
In this section, teachers can apply their own strategies to students. Teachers can relate it to previous material or recall it and relate it to daily activities.
Motivation
Teacher must encourage pupils to put intention into lessons. Teacher can provide examples of the benefits of the topic, especially its benefits in solving everyday problems.
B. Presentation
The presentation is an introduction to the topic that will be discussed. In this session the teacher and students carry out several activities such as identifying images, making simple hypotheses, or making practice plans (depending on the subject).
C. Application
In this section, I provide several activities that can encourage students to apply their understanding regarding the topics they have studied. This activity can be in the form of practice or presentation.
D. Generalization
In this section, I will check students' understanding of the topics studied. The activities carried out are usually where students are asked to create a mindmap, conclusion, or convey their understanding regarding the topic they have studied.
V. Assigmment
This section is the concluding section. The activity carried out is to convey the plan of the topic that will be studied in the next lesson so that students can have an idea/study it first or give an assignment by attaching instructions/work steps, method of collection and agreed collection time.
The teaching procedure carried out refers to the lesson plan that has been agreed with the subject teacher. During the teaching process, subject teachers carry out supervision and assessment to ensure whether the learning process is in accordance with the lesson plan.
Each subject has 40 minutes. I divide my time management and activities into 3 phases:
1. Opening (5 minutes)
In the opening phase, I started by praying and asking how they were and checking the students' readiness to take part in the lesson. I emphasize providing motivation and reviewing previous learning.
2. Core (30 minutes)
In core activities, I carry out structured learning. In this section I implement the learning procedures section which includes presentation and application.
3. Closing In closing I emphasize generalization. I re-check students' understanding regarding the material that has been studied and give assignments. Moreover, I ask students about their feelings or experiences during the lesson.
During the observation period, I observed how my cooperating teacher carried out learning and class management. So before doing teaching practice I asked her for advice and she gave me tips, especially regarding how to attract pupils' attention to pay attention to the lesson. She advised me to use interesting learning media and ask stimulating questions. During teaching practice, I applied the tips she gave.
Furthermore, I also use class agreements. Class agreement was made based on suggestions/recommendations submitted by students and then discussed together to reach a mutually agreed upon agreement. This class agreement aims to serve as a guide for teachers and students in learning, especially regarding ethics in learning.
While participating in sea-teacher activities at SLU BEED LES, I encountered several problems. I grouped them into several phases:
1. Observation
Time provided for observation is 1 week. However, due to a bad weather warning which resulted in the suspension class, the observation time was only 2 days. To solve this problem, I discussed with the cooperating teacher, she suggested carrying out observations during breaks and after school. moreover, my buddy also accompany me to find some information during observation.
2. Teaching Assistant
At this stage, at first I experienced difficulty in preparing a lesson plan, this was because the lesson plan used was different from the lesson plan I studied in Indonesia. There are several different essential components, especially in the curriculum aspect and lesson plan format. To solve this problem I consulted with my buddy and she explained and directed me the steps and components of the lesson plan. Furthermore, my cooperating teacher helped me to check the lesson plan that I had made and advised me to use the learning media that he provided.
I also studied lesson plans on the internet and studied via YouTube,
3. Teaching in Classroom
On the first teaching practice, I had difficulty managing pupils (more than 40 pupils). Sometimes pupils lose concentration and are easily distracted by other things. On several time, pupils ask the same question so many times that I need to explain it again.
To solve this problem, I implemented a class agreement and consulted with my cooperating teacher and then implemented the tips he gave. Apart from that, I also try to build communication with my students so that I can understand their learning style tendencies and learning preferences.
