Sunshine Math Sign Up for the 2024-2025 School Year

Dear Franklin Sunshine Math Families,

We are excited to open registration for the Franklin School PTO Sunshine Math Program!

Sunshine Math is an optional program that runs for 25 weeks for grades 1 – 5. Beginning October 28th, participating students can choose to complete one worksheet a week or to complete them at their own pace prior to each deadline.

Milestone 1: Worksheets 1-8 -- January 3, 2025

Milestone 2: Worksheets 1-16 -- March 7, 2025

Milestone 3: Worksheets 1-25 -- May 16, 2025 -- Students completing all 25 worksheets by May 16, 2025, will receive a certificate of program completion.

Completed worksheets will not be passed to classroom teachers this year. As students complete the worksheets, parents are asked to simply verify that the work has been completed via email or through the online submission form that will be provided after registration.

As a reminder, this is a voluntary program, meant to be a fun way to supplement your child’s current math homework, and to serve as an enhancement to your child’s journey through mathematics and logic problem solving.
