1. Evidence - ORIGINAL transcripts submitted to FQAS Officer

2. This faculty member has earned a Bachelor's degree or higher in the field being taught or closely related field

Qualified by Equivalent Experience

1. Faculty member holds a bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline AND at least one of the following:

   1. • a minimum of 2 years (4,000 hours) of occupational experience in a target job for the program or programs being taught, of which at least 1 year (2,000 hours) shall be within 5 years prior to the date of appointment. (VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT REQUIRED)

      • at least 1 year (2000 hours) of occupational experience in a target job for the program being taught and at least 2 years of verifiable teaching experience at the secondary or post-secondary level in a field directly related to the course(s) they are being hired to teach. (VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND COPY OF TEACHING LICENSE)

      • at least (18) eighteen undergraduate or graduate credit hours earned in the teaching field (ORIGINAL TRANSCRIPTS REQUIRED)
