FQAS Forms
Credit for Prior Learning
CPL for FQAS Competency Courses:
Credit for Prior Learning is evaluated through the review of original transcripts and completion of the FQAS-Recognized Credit for Prior Learning Form below. If an instructor believes they have met additional initial professional development competencies through previously completed coursework, the requirement for the specific professional development competency may be waived by completing the FQAS-Recognized Credit for Prior Learning Form. The form along with any supporting documentation will be reviewed by the instructor teaching the course and your Dean. Credit for prior learning will not be granted for the Data & Evidence Analysis competency.
The FQAS-Recognized Credit for Prior Learning form must be completed and submitted to the course instructor for their signature. Once completed and signed, submit to Nicolet College's FQAS Officer, Kris Peeters to receive credit.
If you have completed FQAS courses through other colleges, please forward that evidence to the FQAS Officer.
