Sampling Rate refers to the number of measurements that are taken per second. This could be measured in Hz (hertz).
Sampling Resolution refers to the amplitude of the electrical signal.
The Bit Rate of a sample is the number of bits in one second of the file. This means that the bit rate determines the quality of the sample. A higher bit rate will result in a higher quality file.
