Order Form

There are two ways you can obtain an item from the Foster Preservation Society.

1.  If you wish to order by mail and pay by check, please print and fill out the order form below, send it to us by mail, and the item will be shipped to the address you indicate.

2.  If you wish to avoid shipping charges, all items can be purchased directly from the Preservation Society Office in the basement of the Foster Town House located at 180 Howard Hill Road, Foster, Rhode Island (click here for directions).  We are in the office on Wednesday mornings between 9:00 am until 12:00 noon.
