Forward Nutrition currently offers two streams of ongoing, one-on-one coaching with Steph. Ongoing coaching services require an initial three-month commitment. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
45-minute initial meeting
Weekly written check-ins examining all areas of nutrition
15 to 30-min meeting once every six weeks (phone or video)
Personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and dietary preferences
Communication with Steph via Whatsapp
Written communication only. This stream is best for those with a solid nutrition foundation, need minimal support, but would still like accountability.
Don't want continuous coaching, but want to know what nutritional targets may be best for your goals? This is the option for you. Service includes at 45-minute call with Steph. Based on the call she will provide you with detailed written targets to jump-start your journey within 48-hours.
