Drop-Off Waiver

This form is to be used only occasionally during middle and high school drop off events. Footsteps is a member-run group, and in almost all cases parents are expected to be present and actively involved in events. If you have any questions about instances where a drop off waiver may be appropriate, please contact one or both of our co-leaders.
