We are a Christian, volunteer-driven homeschool support group in Cary and the surrounding areas.. We provide encouragement and support for our members through fellowship, prayer, and assistance. Our activities include field trips, park days, extra-curricular functions, and moms' meetings. Membership is not capped. We are open to preschool through high school homeschoolers.
We are so grateful to each member who joins and helps to plan events. As a homeschool support group, we want this to be a fun and educational community! When registering you will be required to sign up to host or help with one event. The more active each member is, the better our group will be.
In exchange for planning one event per year and paying our minimal dues, members of Footsteps enjoy the events our parents plan that year which can include:
Field trips
Monthly "Footsteps Friday" community gatherings
Valentine's day & Christmas parties
Science Fair
Student craft fairs
Spelling bee
Book clubs
Weekly park meetups
Mom hangouts
