Q: Once I cook meat, such as grilled chicken, how long will it keep in the refrigerator?
A: Cooked meat and all cooked leftovers should be
consumed in 3-4 days after preparation. If you don’t think you can do that then freeze before that time, label and date. When you are ready to use thaw under refrigeration and then reheat or use in soups or casseroles. You do want to do this within a day or two after thawing
