As a senior capstone project led by Professor Tara Wyckoff, this COMM 473 class partnered with Shelly Mato from the Centre Region COG Refuse and Recycling Program to create a campaign to encourage Centre County residents to rethink their food waste. The "Know More. Waste Less. Eat Well." campaign is a culmination of the public relations skills these students have obtained over the course of their studies at Penn State's Bellisario College of Communications.
