Takumi Ohashi received the Associate Degree in Engineering from Nagano National College of Technology, Nagano, Japan, in 2012, Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan in 2014, Master’s Degree in Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, in 2015, and now is a Ph.D. candidate in Engineering and Master’s degree candidate in Management of Technology at Tokyo Institute of Technology, in 2018.

His current research interests include nano-electronic devices, two-dimensional semiconducting materials, cognitive phycology, and entrepreneurship education.

Mr. Ohashi is a member of the Japan Society of Applied Physics. He received Student Incentive Award of IEICE Shinetsu-Chapter in 2012, Fignting-spirit Award of National Institute of Technology, Nagano College in 2012, Tokyo Tech Award for Student Leadership in 2013, Best Poster Award in IEEE EDS Mini-Colloquium: WIMNACT 39 in 2013, Dept. of Electronics and Applied Physics, Tokyo Tech Student Researcher Award in 2014, Best Group Presentation Award in ASPIRE Forum 2017 Student Workshop in 2017, and Best Presentation Award in HISF the 20th Anniversary International Symposium in 2017.
