Chikako Morimoto received her MBA from the University of Tsukuba in 2005, and a PhD in Systems Management from the University of Tsukuba in 2014. She was with TIS Inc. from 1990–2012. She is presently a project associate professor at the Graduate School of Information Science and Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan. Her research interests include human resource development of IT industry and the creative teambuilding in IT projects. She is a member of the Project Management Institute, the Japan Society for Management Information, and the Japan Society for Software Science and Technology.
