1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup (120g) white chocolate chips
3/4 cup (100g) dried cranberries
Instructions:
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Cream Butter and Sugars
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy and smooth.Add Egg and Vanilla
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.Fold in Mix-Ins
Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.Scoop Dough
Drop spoonfuls of dough (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.Bake Cookies
