Instructions:

Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, toss well.
Add optional veggies and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
