💬 This workout is 95% strength with just a touch of cardio. 💪 It's mostly slow, steady strength work built around 3 strength blocks. After each block, we toss in a set of kettlebell swings to keep the heart rate up. One of the blocks also includes a set of high knees, and we wrap everything up with a 2-minute 1/2 Tabata finisher. 🔥 We did around 10 reps for the larger muscle groups and only 4-6 reps for the smaller muscles, which lets you use the same weight for most of the workout. I did grab a heavier kettlebell for the leg exercises, though. You'll also use a step stool or aerobic step for step-ups. If you don't have one, squats are an easy substitute. I really enjoyed this one. It's a great balance of solid strength work with just enough cardio sprinkled in to keep things interesting!

💬 This power workout is broken into a fun and effective 3–2–1 format But in the BASIC version we are skipping the 2 (which was 2 min of cardio). You're welcome! This is all strength and core, but it is done in a fast pace. Feel free to take extra breaks, and go a little lighter on weights if needed. 3 minutes strength at 45 sec each (1-arm chest press, bent-over row, split squat, clean & press, side lunges, overhead tricep extension, -- at 45 seconds each, you’re looking at 20–25 reps). 1 minute core/abs: 2 exercises × 30 sec each × 1 set - SS

💬 This would be the perfect workout to do after a heavy strength day. We only use light to medium dumbbells, body weight, and a resistance band to target different angles and those smaller stabilizing muscles that often get overlooked when lifting heavy. 💪 The reps are on the higher side, but there isn't much repetition of the exercises, so the workout keeps moving and never feels boring. You'll also be happy to know there are no push-ups and no squats (other than a few quarter squats in the warm-up). That's because this workout originally followed Murph—I (and the Zoom crew) had already knocked out 200 push-ups and 300 squats the day before! 😅 Bonus: the upbeat playlist made this one even more enjoyable. 🎵🔥 - SS

💬 This total-body workout STARTS and ENDS with 5 minutes of core!!! Either section could easily stand alone anytime you need a quick ab session. The rest of the workout is built in strength blocks, and each one finishes with kettlebell swings. Most everything stays in the 10-15 rep range (including the swings), which keeps it very manageable. If I counted right, there are only about 5-6 sets of swings spread throughout the workout, so even though it’s more swings than usual, it still feels very doable. It’ll be over before you know it! - SS
