30-minute basic fitness, low impact, & modified sessions. Advanced campers: go heavier, rest less, or add reps & range of motion to increase intensity.
DBm
💬 This one packs a lot into 30 minutes! 💪 It starts with a nice, gradual warm-up, then picks up the pace with some heart-pumping movement before settling into a solid strength circuit. Exercises include stiff-leg deadlifts, squat and press, bent-over rows, shuffles, walking lunges, bicep curls, and suitcase squats — a great mix of total-body strength and conditioning. 🙌 The workout finishes with about 3 minutes of alternating squat kicks and push-ups, giving you one last little challenge before the cool down. A well-rounded workout with a little bit of everything packed into a short amount of time! 😊🔥

DBm
💬 We start with about 4 min of cardio and then move to 8 strength exercises (10 reps at a time: chest fly, push ups, upright rows, squat and press, rear delt wide row, curl-press-tri ext, plank hold with leg raises, crossover crunches). We then reduce to 2 min of cardio before repeating the strength circuit. We finish with an extra set of strength (no cardio). 💪🏻

DBsm, band
💬 This one seemed to go by so fast — even though I made us do the moves slowly with absolutely no speeding 😅💪 I think it’s because it’s all strength and only uses 2 rounds of one long circuit, so you keep moving from one exercise to the next without much repetition until about halfway through. It keeps things fresh and interesting! 🙌 I really enjoyed this one, and it even includes a couple of balance 🦩 challenges mixed in too. - SS

DBsh, elevation*
💬 Not too hard… not too easy… just right! 🙌 We worked in 3-minute blocks, alternating between 2 exercises. The first move stayed at the same number of reps (usually 2), while the second move added a rep each round until it reached 5 reps, then started back over at 1. It made the workout feel different and kept my brain engaged. 🧠💪 - SS
On deck:
• Side lunges ↔ full-body extensions or squat jumps
• Burpees (only 2 at a time!) ↔ push-ups
• Squats ↔ rear delt flyes
• Elevated gorilla rows ↔ step-ups
We also begin and end with a little ab/core work, which was a nice bonus. 🎯 I really liked this one. It had a great mix of strength, movement, and just enough cardio to keep things interesting without feeling overwhelming. 🙌

DBm, step/stool
💬 Great little 30-minute strength workout! 💪 It starts on the floor (⏱️1:00) with 3 sets of core work, with more challenging options offered as you progress through each set. After that, you stay on the floor for some strength work (⏱️9:50), including chest press, chest flyes, and hip thrusts. Next comes a step section (⏱️14:58) featuring split squats (with lift steps added in the final set) and tricep kickbacks. The workout finishes with a standing strength block (⏱️22:50) that includes stiff-leg deadlifts, upright rows, sumo squats, bicep curls, and bent-over rows. 🔥 To ramp it up a bit, I added the lift steps during all rounds of the step section and placed weights on my hips during the hip thrusts—including the single-leg version (I rested the dumbbell on the hip of the planted-foot side). A solid workout with a nice mix of core, upper body, and lower body strength packed into just 30 minutes! 😊🏋️♀️ - SS

DBm, step/stool
💬 Loved this warm-up! It uses a step (aerobic step or sturdy step stool) and was a lot of fun. It challenged my coordination just a bit and included some great hip-opening mobility that showed up again in the cool down. 😊 After that, we moved into some balance work and a strength circuit, which we completed twice. A fun, well-rounded workout with a nice mix of mobility, balance, and strength. 💪🔥 - SS

📌 We end this workout with pilates roll ups and corkscrew to target the core and ABs (by request)!!
0:00 warm up / cardiio
8:00 strength cirucit
21:13 - core (pilates roll up and corkscrew)
💬 This workout starts with just a litle cardio to get warmed up with, followed by a strength circuit. It ends with about 6-7 minutes of core/ABs (pilates style). So it basically has a little bit of everything! You could even just hit that AB/core section. It was great! You can find it at about 21 minutes in. Look for the time stamp in the description. - SS

💬 Great strength workout with a GLUTE emphasis!! 🍑🔥 You choose your dumbbell size and make it your own. The heavier you lift, the more strength-focused the workout becomes. I definitely went heavier on the lower-body exercises and then dropped back to the medium-heavy range for the upper-body moves. 💪 You'll go through the total-body circuit once, and then on the second round you'll focus only on the glute exercises, which I really liked. If you have a little extra time and want an even bigger glute burn, jump back to timestamp 19:30 and repeat the glute section before heading into the cool-down stretch. 🍑🙌🔥

DBm, step, Sball
📌 Those 8x10 squats just keep showing up like a bad penny!! This is a great total body workout with a little emphasis on those legs :). All you need is your medium dumbbells. If you happen to have an aerobic step and a stability ball you will have a chance to use them.

DBm
Great strength circuit with just a tad of cardio! 💪🔥 You’ll find a few leaps, squats, and jacks sprinkled in to keep the heart rate up, along with strength moves like staggered push-ups, narrow-grip chest press to skull crushers, planks, lunges, cross-body bicep curls, sumo squats, bent-over rows to rear delt flyes, and even a simple rotator cuff exercise that blends mobility and strength. There are lots of great beginner-friendly cues throughout the workout, making it a solid choice if you're newer to exercise or want a refresher on form. 🙌 If you need more intensity, add a little power to the cardio sections (think broad jumps instead of leaps and full jacks instead of the modified version shown) and don't be afraid to grab heavier dumbbells where appropriate. A well-rounded workout with a great balance of strength, movement, and variety! 😊💪

📌 This is a short Mobility workout that is perfect for a get out of the bed and start your day with gentle movement flow.

💬 What a great short mobility flow!!! 🙌 This one opens up the hips, shoulders, spine, and neck, leaving you feeling refreshed from head to toe. I finished feeling totally relaxed and much more mobile throughout my whole body. Such a great way to unwind, reset, and work out the stiffness from the day. 😌✨ - SS
💬 Great add on to another workout. Really helped me stretch further and release some muscle tension. - KC

BW, elevation*
📌 This workout needs no equipment - except maybe a step or stool for elevation to help touch the floor from a standing position. This workout is all about gentle movement and mobility. It did wonders for my low back and hip today. The movements are gentle but a couple can be challenging. If you come across a move that doesn't work for you, just skip it or modify it. You might find that after doing the video a couple of times that you may be able to master it. This workout could very well end up being your favorite go to when you are stressed.

💬 All strength with some extra emphasis on hitting the glutes from multiple angles to help you “sit taller.” 🍑💪 Grab some heavier weights for chest press, bent-over rows, and sumo squats. Such a solid strength workout! 🏋️

📌 LEG DAY workout!! All you need is one heavy weight, some floor space, and something (bench, sturdy step stool) or somewhere (stairs, fireplace hearth) you can do step ups. If you don't have a place for step ups, you can substitute lunges or squats.

DBsm, band, booty band, elevation
📌 This workout is all about the back and glutes (aka: the backside). You need a set of medium and light dumbbells, a band, a booty band, and an elevation to put your feet on for elevated hip thrusts. I'll be using my couch for the elevation.

💬 This workout is all strength! 💪🔥 But it's put together in a way that will definitely keep your heart pumping. You'll want a variety of dumbbells, so grab everything you've got—from light to heavy—and we'll make it work. We do 3 sets of almost every exercise, starting with a weight that leaves a little room to grow, then increasing the weight with each set. It's a fun way to progressively challenge your muscles without overdoing it. I thought this one was fantastic and highly recommend it! - SS
💬 This was a great workout to push yourself to add weight each time. Got the heart pumping for sure! Luckily Shelley ran out of time since apparently there was more on the board 🤣 - KC

📌 By adding some instability to our workout today, we will tax our muscles a little differently and ramp up the core work significantly. Are you ready for the challenge? To get the full benefit, you will need varying sizes of dumbbells (small, med, & heavy), a band (the kind with handles), and a stability ball. If you don't have a ball, no worries, I will give you some floor options. I will also be using my kettlebell for a couple of things but a dumbbell can work there.

💬 I love the way this workout targets different areas in each 10-minute block. 🙌 We start with warm-up and core, move into upper body, then lower body, and finish with total-body combination moves that really get the heart pumping. 🔥 So the first 30 minutes are pure strength, while that final 10-minute block before the cool down adds the intensity. Such a good format! 💪
A little reminder for any workout: feel free to make it your own.
I had already done push-ups in three other workouts this week, so when they came up here, I swapped them for a heavier chest press instead. I also went heavier on a few other exercises, including the side lunges. Since my weight was heavier than the demo weight, I held it lower and reached toward my calf during the lunge instead of keeping it at my chest. Don’t be afraid to adjust exercises, weights, or positioning to fit your body and your needs. That’s part of smart training too. 😊 - SS
💬 Whew! Felt that everywhere! - JM

DBsm-h, band
💬 This is a great little cardio-and-strength combo workout. 🙌 After the warm-up, we start with a light cardio block and then revisit it between some of the strength sections. The cardio is straightforward and approachable — no burpees, no mountain climbers, just basic moves to keep the heart rate up. 🔥 The strength work includes a few less common exercises, which made it feel fresh and added a fun challenge. Overall, it’s just a good, solid fitness workout with a nice balance of cardio, strength, and variety. 💪😊 - SS

DBsmh, anchored band, pillow
📌 This great total body circuit needs a few toys: - light dumbbells 2-5 libs (can use no weight if you don't have small dbells), medium dumbbells (for chest flyes), a heavy weight for a sumo squat (can use two lighter Dbells or body weight), a band anchored at waist height or below (can use dumbbells and do a bent over row instead), & a lightweight object that you can drop and catch (ball, dog toy, throw pillow, etc). -- Get out your toys and get ready to move it - move it!!

KB / DB
💬 This 45 sec on / 15 sec off circuit includes: push-ups, kettlebell deadlift to upright row, power-ups, KB squat & press, KB swings, 1-arm shoulder press (half the time on each side), and reverse lunges with a twist. 🔥 The workout wraps up with some additional strength, balance work, and a little core to finish things off without a timer. 💪
Side note and reminder 🙌: My energy was definitely dragging today when I did this one. I was short on sleep and just not feeling especially strong. If you ever find yourself in that kind of place, it is totally okay to slow things down. Aim for 10–15 quality reps, move at your own pace, and even stop before the bell for extra rest if needed instead of going all out for the full 45 seconds. Showing up still counts. ❤️ - SS
💬Great workout - heart gets pumping quick and the variety makes it go faster. Love a good interval! - KC

DBmh*, step*
💬 Loved this format!! 🙌 We started on the floor with 5 minutes of core, followed by about 5–6 minutes of cardio to get the heart rate up. 🔥 After that, the workout was divided into sections of total-body, upper-body, and lower-body exercises, which made it easy to focus on one area at a time. Then, when it came time to repeat, we mixed things up and threw away the sections, doing one exercise from each category in every block. It kept the workout feeling fresh and moving quickly, and by the end I felt like I had checked all the fitness boxes — core, cardio, strength, and total-body conditioning. 💪😊Definitely a total fitness workout! 🙌🔥 - SS
