30-minute basic fitness, low impact, & modified sessions. Advanced campers: go heavier, rest less, or add reps & range of motion to increase intensity.

💬 This one was a great mix of total-body strength, hip mobility, agility, balance, and single-leg strength! 💪🦵 We did two sets of everything alternating between upper and lower body before finishing up with a nice stretch. For weight selection, think chest press, bent-over rows, and upright rows for the shoulders (no overhead pressing). A solid medium or medium-heavy weight should work just fine for this one. A really well-rounded workout with a little bit of everything—and a nice stretch at the end to finish it off! - SS

💬 This one was all strength, with the exception of just 2 sets of 10 modified jacks. 💪 So if you’re looking for a strength-focused workout with very little cardio, this one fits the bill! We did some fun combination moves that will not only work your muscles but also make your brain work a little while you’re moving. 😜 You know… exercise for the body AND the mind! A medium set of dumbbells worked for just about everything, but you may want a set of smaller weights nearby for a couple of the shoulder moves. A step is totally optional. I used one to demonstrate a bigger range of motion during the chest flyes, but you can absolutely do the workout without it. Good strength - fun moves. - SS

DBm, elevation
💬 This workout combines some fast-moving cardio with slower core work, so you get a little bit of everything! 💪🔥 All you need is a set of dumbbells that you can comfortably press overhead in a military shoulder press and an elevated surface (bench or sturdy piece of furniture) to make the mountain climbers a little easier. Everything else is bodyweight. We won’t be using heavy weights because I want to move through the strength section a little faster than normal today. Think controlled, but keep things moving! A fun mix of cardio, strength, and core with very little equipment. Grab your weights and get ready to move! 🔥 - SS

💬 This workout was a great change of pace! 💪 There was no cardio, and the strength work was definitely on the gentler side—not fast-paced or super intense. We start with a warm-up done completely in a chair with a band, then move into some standing band work before transitioning to exercises using one small-to-medium dumbbell. For weight selection, think chest flyes and rear delt flyes—you won’t need anything super heavy. Several of the exercises were new and different, which kept things interesting. I also felt a lot of work in my core, especially with some of the rotational and hinged movements. If you're looking for a slower-paced strength workout with some different moves and a little extra core thrown in, this one is a great option. I really enjoyed it! - SS

BW (+ maybe YB or other elevation)
📌 We are taking it to a slow stretch today with some beginner yoga moves. All you really have to have is a good non-slip mat. However, if you are a true beginner, I'm going to suggest using a step stool or aerobic bench to elevate some of the moves to make it easier. I will be using a $10 step stool I bought at Dollar General to demonstrate.

💬 The 12 Reps of Christmas is a great total-body, bodyweight holiday workout! 🎄💪 And you definitely don’t want to miss the cutest Christmas backdrop workout!! 🎅🎄You need nothing but you, a mat, and a chair (for dips, box squats, and possible elevation if needed for modifications). There’s strength and cardio mixed in, but don’t fear—the exercises are only 12 reps each, and I show modifications along the way so you can make things work for you. And because this is a no-repeat exercise workout, once you finish an exercise, you’re done with it! 🙌 That makes the workout go by pretty quickly, even though we’re getting in a great total-body workout. A fun holiday workout with no equipment needed and plenty of ways to modify. Enjoy! 🎄❤️ - SS

📌 even your toes will work
💬 Uncommon combination moves plus a little balance work make this one fun and just a bit brain-challenging 🧠 💪🏻. I found it really refreshing — a nice change of pace from the usual routines. You’ll work through 5 moves on one side of the body, then repeat them on the other side, which keeps things interesting and focused. All you need is one weight — a kettlebell or dumbbell in the medium to medium-heavy range (or a mix of both).

💬 This strength workout combines some traditional strength moves with isometric holds, and I really liked the way it was set up! 💪 We have 5 traditional exercises and 5 isometric holds, doing each one for 30 seconds. We go through all 10 exercises for 3 rounds, but we switch up the order some as we go. That little change-up kept it feeling fresh, even though we were doing the same 10 exercises all the way through. Sometimes you don't need a bunch of different moves to get a good workout! 😉 A simple format, but a great way to challenge your muscles with both movement and holds. Give this one a try! - SS

💬 The first 8-10 minutes is all core/abs and could absolutely stand alone as its own ab workout. Feel free to use just that section anytime you want to really target your midsection. This workout gets its challenge from the pulses and higher reps, so there’s no need for heavy weights. In fact, for the face-down lat pull, you may even want baby weights — or no weights at all. I used 5 lb dumbbells and honestly wished I had grabbed 3s instead. I really enjoyed this one. It only has a touch of cardio, with the toughest move being jumping jacks… so that's to say, no burpees!

💬 Crazy 8's is exactly what it sounds like! 😜 We have two different circuits with 8 exercises, and we do 8 reps of each. One circuit is all bodyweight and includes quite a bit of core work. The other uses a kettlebell and a set of medium dumbbells. For weight selection, think:
Kettlebell: swings, stiff-leg deadlifts, and goblet squats
Dumbbells: overhead shoulder press, overhead tricep extensions, and bicep curls done a little faster than usual
And here's what some of the other campers had to say:
“This workout was definitely a challenge, but with only 8 reps at a time, it's totally doable! 💪 8 Supermans is the most I ever want to do at one time. 😬”
“Fun workout with no time to complain! Plenty of ways to adjust weights and challenge. Of course, the first round is the hardest, and then you are done! Arms, legs, abs, and then some. ✅”
“Great start to a Monday.”
“Hard at times, but it was good for us!”
Sounds about right! 😂 A challenging, well-rounded workout with arms, legs, abs, and then some—all wrapped up in sets of 8! 🔥 - SS

💬 I really enjoyed this workout! It was not too hard, not too easy... but Goldilocks just right! 😄💪 We started with a nice, long warm-up—which my stiff muscles definitely needed—before getting down to work. We did tackle a couple of more challenging moves, but thankfully they were kept in a low rep range. I'll take it! 😂 The workout is made up of 4 blocks of trisets, and we complete 3 sets of each. It moved along pretty quickly and never felt like it dragged. I used a heavy kettlebell along with medium dumbbells and was really happy with those choices. A solid, well-rounded workout that felt just right! 🔥 - SS

💬 “Hanging” was a great strength workout that is set up in a way that will definitely get your heart pumping! 💪🔥 After the warm-up, we start with a slow Bro superset for back and biceps—4 nice, slow rounds with plenty of rest. It was great! Just when you start thinking, “Oh, I like the pace of this workout!” 😁 I switch it up and move into a strength circuit, which we also do for almost 4 sets. And here's a heads-up: At set 3, I tell you it's your last set... but we finished with enough time to squeeze in almost an entire set more. 😂 So get your mind right!
As a participant, I used heavier weights than I did when I filmed this as the instructor. I found that the heavier weights naturally slowed my pace down a little. If that happens to you, you have a couple of options: don't worry about finishing your reps with me. It's totally fine—and actually recommended—to stop when I stop, even if your rep count is lower. Or, once you've learned the order of the circuit, you can get a little head start when needed so we finish together. And, of course, hit pause anytime you need more rest.
Great strength, plenty of variety, and just enough intensity to keep that heart pumping. I really enjoyed this one! - SS

📌 AB work will happen often
💬 This was a great bodyweight circuit plus abs & core! 💪🔥 We go through the circuit four times. The first round is part of the warm-up, with all modified versions and no timer. Then you get to choose your level for the following rounds, with 30 seconds for each exercise. It’s easy to ramp this one up or keep it low impact. After each round, we add some abs and core work. It’s a pretty straightforward workout, but definitely not boring! I know you cringe when you hear bodyweight only, but this one had no burpees or mountain climbers! 🙌 We did have an option for box jumps, but you can easily sub those with step-ups, squat jumps, or full-body extensions (shown in the warm-up). A simple, no-equipment workout that you can make as challenging—or as low-key—as you want. Give it a try! 😁 - SS

💬 Despite the name, this workout isn't just about the legs (although it definitely works them! 🍑🔥). It's a total-body strength workout with a little extra emphasis on the lower body. For weights, you'll want one heavy dumbbell for single-arm chest press, pullovers, and overhead tricep extensions, plus one medium dumbbell for single-arm chest flyes. There's very little cardio—just enough to keep your blood flowing while the strength work does the heavy lifting. 💪 Great workout... and be sure to stick around for the very end for some bonus puppy footage! 🐶 It's a throwback to when my now 95-pound Fozzy was just a little fluff ball. ❤️ - SS

📌 So yeah, I literally tripped and fell in this class!! Just call me Grace. I thought I'd keep it as a good friendly reminder to always be aware of your surroundings when working out and keep your space free of equipment that you're not using :)
💬 This was a great total-body workout with some serious glute burn! 🍑🔥 We hit the glutes a little extra—and, by default, the legs too—so I probably wouldn't do this one back-to-back with another leg workout. I really enjoyed the variety of moves, along with a touch of balance and stability to keep things interesting. I highly recommend using an aerobic step set around 6–8 inches. It's a great height for lying on, doing lunges, elevating the back leg for the Bulgarian split squat/dead row combination, and even adding an optional little box jump if you have a nice, sturdy step. (My Step Reebok is still my favorite for jumps!) We go through a nice total-body circuit twice, hitting the glutes along the way, and then finish by isolating the glutes one more time before the cool-down. A fun, well-rounded workout with plenty of glute love! 💪🍑 - SS

💬 The 25 Reps of Christmas is a great total-body, bodyweight holiday workout! 🎄💪 And you definitely don’t want to miss the cutest Christmas backdrop! 🎅🎄 You need nothing but you, a mat, and a chair. The chair is used for dips, box squats, and as an elevation option for some of the modifications. There’s a mix of strength and cardio, but don’t let the 25-rep count scare you! On the harder exercises, we break up the reps and get some rest in between, so it’s totally doable. And honestly, getting that high rep count out of the way and then being DONE with that exercise makes the workout go by pretty quickly! A fun holiday workout, no equipment needed, and a great way to get in some total-body movement. Grab your mat, find a chair, and enjoy! 🎄💪❤️ - SS

💬 Merry 12 Days of Christmas Workout!!! 🎄🎅🎶 We only made it through Day 10, but it was still a great holiday total-body fitness workout! 💪 All you need is a mat and one medium to medium-heavy kettlebell or dumbbell. We have swings, goblet squats, and squat & press on the list. You may also want to keep a smaller dumbbell (3–10 lbs.) nearby for Day 3, but no weight at all will work for that one, too. This is an accumulator workout, so just like the song, we add another exercise every round. It doesn't really start getting tough until around Day 6, so if you're used to shorter workouts but want to give this one a try over the holidays, just do it!! You can stop anytime you want, and of course, modify whenever you need to.
You don't have to make it all the way to Day 10 to get a great workout. Just keep adding as long as you're feeling good, and when you've had enough, call it a day! 😉 If you're into the Christmas spirit and want more, add 2 more rounds of your favorite exercises. Happy holidays to you and your family! 🎄❤️ Now go burn off a few Christmas cookies! 😂 - SS

💬 This is a quick, high-intensity Tabata workout! 🔥 We have just 4 Tabatas, which means only 16 minutes of actual work—but don’t let that fool you. It will definitely tax you! This is a 30-minute workout, but we start and finish with a slower, yoga-type warm-up and cool-down, and we get some rest between the Tabatas. So the hard work time is only 16 minutes! Short, intense, and it packs a BIG punch in a small amount of time! 💪🔥 If you’re short on time during the holidays but want to get your heart rate up and get in some serious work, this is a great one to hit play on!

all strength - no cardio
💬 This all-strength workout had me sweating—but in a good way! 💪 Today was a high-rep day, so we challenged the muscles with lots of reps rather than super-heavy weights. We worked everything, but I felt like the glutes and legs got a little extra attention—and from all the angles! 🍑 The video says you’ll need medium weights plus one heavier dumbbell for the sumo squats at the end. But I found I could simply hook my medium-heavy dumbbells together when I needed a heavier weight, and that worked just fine! For weight selection, think about the dumbbell you’d use for shoulder presses and a one-arm tricep extension while lying down. That should give you a good starting point for most of the workout. A great high-rep strength day that will definitely make you feel like you worked—but without needing to go crazy heavy. Grab your weights and get ready to sweat! - SS

DBm, step
💬 This workout is over 90% pure strength! 💪 The only “cardio” involved is a few squat jumps, jacks, and mountain climbers—and the reps are low. We start with a core warm-up and then move into several circuit blocks that we repeat twice. I used medium weights for the rear delt flyes and medium-heavy weights for chest presses and bilateral bent-over rows. There are some higher-rep sets (20–30 reps), so you’ll want to choose your weights accordingly. You have the option to use an aerobic step for calf raises and rear lunges, or a bench for chest presses, but everything can also be done right on the floor. A good, solid strength workout with just a tad of cardio sprinkled in! 💪 If you’re looking for a workout that focuses on building strength without leaving you completely wiped out from cardio, this is a great one to put on your list. Grab your weights and hit play! - SS

💬 What a workout!! 🔥 This one is fast-paced and all about endurance! Each block includes 2 strength exercises (45 seconds each), 2 cardio moves (30 seconds each), and 1–2 core moves for a total of 30 seconds. And it all happens back-to-back with no rest until after the ab work and then you repeat it! 😳 After 2 sets we will have a real rest, and then we jump right into a brand-new block with brand-new exercises. So there’s very little downtime throughout this workout. Because of that, we are NOT looking for super-heavy weights. Choose weights you can control while continuing to move for the full intervals. And you have my permission to hit pause anytime you need a breather! 😂 It was tough, but SO satisfying to finish! If you’re looking for a workout that will challenge your strength, cardio, core, and endurance all in one, hit play and get ready to work! 💪🔥 - SS
