30-minute basic fitness, low impact, & modified sessions. Advanced campers: go heavier, rest less, or add reps & range of motion to increase intensity.

💬 This was a great strength workout! We start with modified versions of the exercises using a band and a chair. On the second round, you have the option to move from the chair to the floor for a more challenging version if you'd like. The next strength section uses:
Small dumbbells for shoulder raises
One heavy dumbbell for single-arm bent-over rows and stiff-leg deadlifts
A medium dumbbell for bicep curls
I really liked that this workout lets you choose your level while still getting in a solid total-body strength session. A great option whether you're easing into exercise or ready for a little more challenge! - SS

1 DB (the heavier it is the fewer reps you have to do)
💬 We Made a Deal starts on the floor with some core work before moving into a solid strength workout. 💪 Here's the deal: grab one heavy dumbbell and promise yourself you'll rest whenever you need to. That's how you make this workout fit your fitness level. Exercises include goblet squats, bent-over rows, low-rep bicep curls, low-rep shoulder presses, chest presses, overhead tricep extensions, crunches, burpee walk-backs (with an elevated option), and steam engines. The beauty of this workout is that you control the intensity. Go heavier or lighter, do more or fewer reps, and take breaks whenever you need them. That makes this one customizable for every fitness level. A simple format, solid strength work, and lots of flexibility.

💬 This workout is all strength! 💪🔥 But it's put together in a way that will definitely keep your heart pumping. You'll want a variety of dumbbells, so grab everything you've got—from light to heavy—and we'll make it work. We start with a weight that leaves a little room to grow, then increasing the weight with each set (or sometimes decrease). It's a fun way to progressively challenge your muscles without overdoing it. We adjust reps as needed based on the weight. I thought this one was fantastic and highly recommend it! - SS

💬 Despite the name, this workout isn't just about the legs (although it definitely works them! 🍑🔥). It's a total-body strength workout with a little extra emphasis on the lower body. For weights, you'll want one heavy dumbbell for single-arm chest press, pullovers, and overhead tricep extensions, plus one medium dumbbell for single-arm chest flyes. There's very little cardio—just enough to keep your blood flowing while the strength work does the heavy lifting. 💪 Great workout... and be sure to stick around for the very end for some bonus puppy footage! 🐶 It's a throwback to when my now 95-pound Fozzy was just a little fluff ball. ❤️ - SS

💬 Hello, Halloween!! 🎃👻 Creepy Creatures was such a fun workout! I feel very accomplished... or should I say, I survived the spooky-boos! 😄 Almost every exercise is bodyweight functional movement, so you don't need much equipment at all. The only weights you'll use are a light pair of dumbbells for rear delt flyes. We only worked through 6 "creatures" (6 exercises), but we kept changing the timing, so the workout stayed fresh and never got boring. Fun theme, functional movement, and a great workout all wrapped into one. 🎃💪

💬 The first thing you need to know is that you'll only use the jump rope for 1 minute... twice. 😄 So don't skip this workout just because you're not a fan of jump rope! You can easily substitute another cardio move like jacks, mountain climbers, or even marching if you prefer. The next thing to know is that the kettlebell isn't just for swings. We will swing for 30 seconds and then use it for a one arm bent over row (30 seconds / side). This workout is definitely more strength than cardio, with several fun combination moves that keep both your body and your brain engaged. I actually had to think through a few of the patterns, which made the workout fly by. I really enjoyed this one... sweat and all! 💪🔥 - SS

💬 Strength vs. Cardio definitely leans more toward the strength side, but there's enough cardio sprinkled in to keep your heart rate up. 💪🔥 For weights, you'll want a pair of medium-heavy dumbbells for chest presses, bent-over rows, and deadlifts, along with a lighter pair for rear delt flyes. You may also want a chair to elevate your push-ups, Spidey climbers, and mountain climbers, as well as a stability ball. Both are completely optional—their exercises can be done on the floor if you don't have either one. A great total-body workout with a nice balance of strength and cardio. Enjoy!

📌 All you need is one weight (and your body weight). I'll be using a kettlebell but a dumbbell will work just fine. Both hands will be on it at all times so it's ok to go a little heavier than normal. We got a 70's playlist and are ready to roll!!
💬 No counting. No buzzers. Just moving until it felt right. 🙌 This is a total-body circuit that combines movements to keep you working the whole way through. We only run the full circuit twice, so there’s plenty of variety and no time to get bored. I loved that it’s kettlebell-focused, so there’s no constant weight switching (although I did grab two sizes — a couple moves lean heavier). When choosing your weight, think: squat & press, stiff-leg deadlifts, hip thrusts, reverse choppers, and swings. Pick something that challenges you there, and you’re set! 💪 - SS

DB (medium or heavy - your choice)
💬 This is a BASIC30 workout, but it can easily be taken up a notch by grabbing some heavier dumbbells. 💪 The workout starts standing with a faster pace and some fun, light boxing-themed cardio—think punching, jabbing, ducking, and weaving. 🥊🔥 Then we head to the floor for some slow, controlled strength work, including chest presses, pullovers, and ab work to finish things off. It's a great mix of cardio and strength, with plenty of options to make it as easy or as challenging as you need. I really enjoyed this one! - SS

💬 NO SWINGS!! 🙌😄 Yes, it's a kettlebell workout, but there are ZERO kettlebell swings! We go through 3 rounds of a timed circuit. The first round serves as the warm-up using all the BASIC30 modifications. From there, I show you how to increase the intensity with each additional round. That makes this the perfect workout for every fitness level. If you increase your kettlebell weight each round and remove the modifications, you'll be sweating and breathing hard by the end (just like I was! 😅🔥). Prefer to keep it low impact? Simply stick with the Round 1 modifications, and you'll still get a solid 30-minute BASIC workout. I really like this format because you get to decide exactly how challenging you want it to be. 💪 - SS

📌 We will only be working one side at a time so we can really focus on the movement. We will be kneeling for a couple of the exercises on the floor, so you may also want to be able to double over your mat or use a folded towel to cushion the knee.
💬 This workout only uses one heavy dumbbell, and it's all strength 💪—other than the warm-up and a quick 1–1½ minute finisher. We do a lot of hip hinge movements, which are one of the most important foundational movement patterns to master. Because of that, I spend extra time cueing proper form. If you're still learning the hip hinge, you'll find those coaching tips really helpful. If you're already a hip-hinge pro, you can tune me out and either enjoy the extra rest (if you're lifting heavy enough) or sneak in a few extra reps (if you're using a more moderate weight). 😉 I always love a good strength workout, and this one definitely did not disappoint! 🔥 - SS

💬 Quad Squad was a great workout! 💪🔥 It had just enough strength and just enough cardio to make it a well-rounded, sweaty workout without ever feeling over the top. For weight selection, here's what I'd recommend:
Kettlebell: swings, choppers, and V-sit twists
1 heavy dumbbell: side lunges, overhead tricep extensions, and squat to upright rows
2 medium dumbbells: squat to press and reverse lunges
Band
The cardio is sprinkled in throughout to keep your heart rate up, but the strength work is definitely the star of the show. I really enjoyed this one! - SS

📌 This total body workout uses no equipment and is perfect when traveling or when you just don't want to drag out all the toys. We will utilize all the basic body weight movements such as squats, lunges, push ups, planks, and crunches; as well as throw in a few not so traditional moves.

KB, step/stool/bench
💬 This workout is 95% strength with just a touch of cardio. 💪 It's mostly slow, steady strength work built around 3 strength blocks. After each block, we toss in a set of kettlebell swings to keep the heart rate up. One of the blocks also includes 2 sets of high knees, and we wrap everything up with a 4-minute Tabata finisher. 🔥 We did 10–15 reps for the larger muscle groups and only 6 reps for the smaller muscles, which lets you use the same weight for most of the workout. I did grab a heavier kettlebell for the leg exercises, though. You'll also use a step stool or aerobic step for step-ups. If you don't have one, squats are an easy substitute. I really enjoyed this one. It's a great balance of solid strength work with just enough cardio sprinkled in to keep things interesting! - SS

💬 Great strength workout with a GLUTE emphasis!! 🍑🔥 You choose your dumbbell size and make it your own. The heavier you lift, the more strength-focused the workout becomes. Just when you think you're about done, we'll hit one more round focusing only on the lower body & glute exercises, which I really liked. If you have a little extra time and want an even bigger glute burn, jump back to timestamp 33:00 and repeat the glute section before heading into the cool-down stretch. 🍑🙌🔥 - SS
📌 Side note: about 4- 1/2 minutes in some loud music interrupts the recording. I have no idea where it came from and can not remove it. It lasts about 3 min and then all goes back to normal. The only exercises happening during that time are familiar push ups and banded donkey kicks. You can mute and follow along without sound until the disruption stops at timestamp 7:24. The workout is too good to skip!

💬 This is a great total-body strength workout using opposing muscle supersets. 💪 Because you're alternating opposing muscle groups, there's very little rest during each round, so the workout moves quickly—even though we complete 3 sets of almost everything. For weight selection, think chest flyes, shoulder presses, bicep curls, and overhead tricep extensions for about 15–25 reps. I'd recommend having a good medium-heavy set of dumbbells nearby. There is zero intentional cardio in this workout, but don't be surprised if your heart rate climbs during the leg section—that's just the effect of moving continuously through the supersets. 🔥 I really felt like we hit all the major muscle groups from opposing angles, making this a well-balanced, complete strength workout. Enjoy! - SS
💬 This was a doozy! It has full body (core, then alternating arms/legs) supersets so I felt accomplished!!! - FC

💬 This workout starts with a great core and glute section! 💪🍑 Full disclosure... the first 5 minutes have no music because I forgot to share it! 😅 We get that fixed, though, and the rest of the workout rolls along with a beat. The only "cardio" comes from a few fun dance breaks featuring the Charleston and the Mambo. 💃 Between those, we hit the strength work hard, making this a fun mix of lifting and movement. This is one of my older videos, so the quality is a little grainy, and it's a bit longer than my current workouts (about 55 minutes). But don't let that fool you—the workout itself is solid! For weights, I used medium-heavy dumbbells for exercises like chest presses, lunges, and bent-over rows, and lighter dumbbells for the shoulder angle raises. An aerobic step is also helpful for lying on and stepping up, but it's optional. A fun throwback workout with great strength, a little dancing, and plenty of variety! - SS
