2026 Assembly: Message by Margaret Karram, President of the Focolare Movement

The General Assembly of the Work of Mary, the Focolare Movement, will take place from the 1st to the 21st of March 2026, where the new governing body of the Focolare Movement will be elected. It will be an opportunity to talk about ideas, proposals and motions that will be the guidelines for the Movement over the next five years. Through this message, Margaret Karram, President of the Focolare Movement, invites everyone to prepare for this event in a synodal way.

2026 Assembly: what is it, how will it be carried out, how can one participate

We should stop and verify where we are at. We should review strategies and aims for the future and make sure that everyone can give their own contribution with the common goal of living for unity. Within the Focolare Movement, this is the opportunity offered every 5 years by the General Assembly, the first and most important governing body of the Movement that represents all the realities.
