Daily and Weekly Stays

• We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.

• Rental unit reservations that are canceled within seven days of arrival are not eligible to receive a refund.

Monthly Stays

• We allow full refunds for cancellations 30 days prior to your arrival date for monthly reservations.

• Rental unit reservations that are canceled within thirty days of arrival are not eligible to receive a refund.

• Balance due on reservation start date.

• Security deposit, not to exceed $750.00 is due at time of reservation
