Minutes from the beach, fine dining, and shopping. Relax at the pool, go hiking, biking, mingle with other residents, or simply nothing at all, and get some R&R by the pool. No smoking property.

The Poolside cottage has a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed. Accommodations include a sleeper sofa, swivel rocker, end table and lamp, TV, dining table with 3 chairs, BBQ table, and a front porch for relaxation. The Cottage has air conditioning and heat. They are fully equipped with linens, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and utensils.
