HOUSE RULES:
1. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
2. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS
3. NO EATING OR DRINKING IN THE BEDROOM. Food and drink stains are a huge problem. It sometimes requires bleaching, stain removers, soaking, and many washes to remove. You will be asked for compensation if food or drink stains appear.
4. DO THE DISHES! All dishes must be clean upon checkout. If any dishes are not done, you will incur an additional $20 cleaning fee.
5. NO SMOKING. $250 smoking fee
6. FAKE TAN. If you wear fake tan, please bring your own linen as any linen stained by fake tan will incur extra costs.
7. LIGHTS AND AC/HEATING TO BE TURNED OFF WHEN AWAY
8. NO PETS. $250 pet fee
9. CHECK-IN AND OUT TIMES

Checkout time: 11am
* Communication is essential. A working phone number is required for better communication. Confirmation of arrival details is important for a smooth check-in.
** IMPORTANT: check out time is 11 am. It helps us to get the house ready for our next guest. Failure to check out on time may incur an additional daily rate charge.
10. NOISE CURFEW. As a general rule, quiet hours start at 10 p.m.
11. THE LOST KEY FEE. Any lost keys will incur a fee of $20 dollars
12. CANCELATION POLICY. $700 cancellation fee on all reservations up to 15 days prior to check-in. No refund less than 15 days prior to check-in
