I'm having trouble with my Registration AND/OR I'm not sure what to do to get registered.
If you have registered and/or are having trouble, email the committee at florencemayberry-reg@gmail.com and we will try to help you as quickly as possible! (Please note that our registrars are volunteers and will respond as quickly as they are able.)
Why are the prices higher this year?
In past years, Lake Doniphan has kindly grandfathered in our pricing schedule from 2019. This year, in order to meet rising costs, Lake Doniphan has needed to raise their prices approximately 12% in all areas. We are also incurring additional administrative fees through our registration processor, CVENT, that also need to be covered.
What if I want to come, but I can't afford Florence Mayberry?
Florence Mayberry endeavors to provide as much of our school at cost as possible. That being said, we understand this can still be an economic hardship. If you require assistance please reach out to a Local Spiritual Assembly in your area and/or email the committee at fmayberry@nbs.usbnc.org to request scholarship assistance.
How can I get a scholarship?
For those friends needing a scholarship to attend the event, we ask that you first contact your/a nearby Local Spiritual Assembly. If they are unable to help, contact the School Committee from the Contact Us page to request assistance.
If inquiring for a friend of the faith you can contact the committee for assistance!
When can I check-in?
The Registration Desk will be open for primary check-in between 3 PM and 10 PM on Friday, August 30, 2024. The program begins with dinner at 6:30 PM. Daily Commuters and late arrivals will need to check in at the registration desk or contact a committee member for check-in upon arrival.
What if I am paying by cash, check, or scholarship?
Continue with your registration and select the payment method "Check/Money Order" at checkout. Then, bring any needed payment to the registration desk upon check-in.

Can children attend by themselves?
Any participant under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, either a parent or sponsor.

Children with special needs
If a child receives any special services at his/her school such as one-on-one support, pull out support, alternative learning environments, etc. – it would be the responsibility of the parent or sponsor to provide similar supports as needed at the seasonal school.
Dietary Needs
Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated by the kitchen. You will specify your needs in the registration process.
