The Florence Mayberry Baha'i School understands that there are times when guests may have registered for a seasonal school and may no longer be able to attend.
Guests who choose to or need to cancel their registration for any reason have two options.
Requesting a refund (following the guidelines below)
Donating all or part of the eligible refunds towards the Florence Mayberry Baha'i School

Refund options (request needed to disperse funds):
Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the school will be able to request a full refund MINUS a $5 fee PER REGISTRANT. (This allows us to cover our online fees, while also adjusting requested meal numbers needed for our venue.)
Cancellations made 2 weeks or LESS before the school may request a refund of housing only.
Cancellations made after the start date of the school are not offered a refund.
