Waiver Liability form is required for ALL ATTENDEES. You can complete one form per family.
Medical Release form is required for all MINORS attending the school.
Sponsorship Agreement form is required ONLY for adults bringing minors who are not their own.
Flashlight (For walking to the bonfires at night.)
Marshmallow Roasting Sticks (You know we’ll be providing s’mores if there’s a bonfire happening!)
Good Walking Shoes, Bug Spray, and Sunblock (For exploring the beautiful acres at Lake Doniphan.)
Comfortable Clothes Appropriate for the Weather (Be ready for RAIN or SHINE / WARM or CHILLY weather on the horizon!)
The Weekend Away Necessities (toiletries, medications, etc.)
Willingness to Serve (We will be asked to pitch in with clean up from meals and taking apart our rooms before check out. Please help us in this wonderful opportunity for service!)

Valuables (ATTENTION: We are building a safe community, but please be advised that
LODGING DOORS DO NOT LOCK. Leave your valuables at home.)
Electronics (There may be cell service, depending on your provider, while at Lake Doniphan, but we are looking to reconnect and RECHARGE with people, so there may be limited wifi and no need for your extra devices!)
Judgment (We are ready to grow, learn, laugh, cry, be vulnerable, and have brave conversations. Come join us where you are!)
