The forearm and tib-fib were grouped together due to having similar part thickness. Both a forearm and a tib-fib are small enough to NOT need a grid. This made both parts have the about kVp of the low to mid 60s. This needed a slightly greater kVp than the hand and foot due to the part being a bit larger.
