Our tropical freshwater facility in the Department of Zoology at Stockholm University has 140m2 of aquarium space and includes multiple rooms for behavioural analyses. 

Our lab uses automated tracking software to analyze behaviours, computer-assisted sperm analysis (CASA) software to quantify sperm quality, has equipment for advanced phenotypic analyses, and has established links with NGI Stockholm for genomic analyses.
