Our mission is to promote and facilitate the long-term reduction of risk from wildfire, and adaptation to wildfire by communities and residents throughout Ravalli County

FREE Community Film Night - "Elemental"

Hosted by DNRC and Fire in the Root, this screening features "Elemental: Reimagine Wildfire", a film exploring the growing impact of wildfire across the West. A live panel with local wildfire experts will follow (including Dr. Jack Cohen, seen in the film!), along with free resources, refreshments, and raffle prizes.

No tickets are required, we hope to see you there!

This event will be held on May 15th at the Bitterroot River Inn in Hamilton from 6:30-9PM.

Sula Wildfire Preparedness Day

Calling all Sula area residents!

Join us on Saturday May 9th for a Wildfire Preparedness Day event with information and resources to prepare for the upcoming season. Refreshments and free raffles prizes will be offered.
