Big Boy Butcher Boards

This year, I am making a batch of a dozen or so Big Boy Butcher Boards.  These are large, thick, heavy, cutting boards that every meat cutter or veggie chopper needs if they want a large board to cut and organize on.  

These are made with edge-grain, the quater-sawn edges of the boards where they are a bit more gentle on your knife blades.  Did I say big, these are averaging  1 and 3/8" thick, 12" wide, and 20-24" long!  

They can feature handles, blood grooves, beveled edges, custom names, and cutting board feet.
