Monthly Club Competitions

Every Month the Club runs a "Digital" Competition amongst the Club member

The 'Digital' competition has a 'Set Subject / topic" each month. All images submitted should relate to and be judged on this Set Subject topic.

Club Members submit their Digital images to the Camera Club's Google Drive for subsequent voting by all members 

There are 2 Divisions for Club Members. 

Advanced for more experienced photographers

Novice       for members who are learning the skills 

We currently have 4 sections to the 'Digital' competition.

Note: Mono includes Black & White / Sepia / Monochrome 

Members view the digital images online and vote using an online Voting Form 

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place votes in each section are awarded points as follows:

 Place Competition Points Aggregate Points 

1st 10 10

2nd 7 7

3rd 5 5

All other Entries 0 1

The 'Competition Points' from member voting are tallied to determine the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each section each month.

Aggregate Points are awarded to the photographer that takes the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place entries in each section each month. All other entries in each section are awarded 1 aggregate point.

These points accumulate to the annual competition to determine the most consistent photographer for the year in each Division and Section.

Club Members submit their "Prints" at the monthly meeting for subsequent voting by all members.

The 'Print' competition is 'Open Subject' each month. Images submitted can be of any Subject / Topic.

There are 2 Divisions for Club Members.
