We collect personal information from members and visitors/guests for the sole purposes of managing and administering the Finley & District Camera Club (FDCC), various functions/events and special interest groups. This personal information may be collected through application forms, other club paperwork, competitions, meetings, individual contact, phone and also via FDCC website. 

All personal information will be held in confidence and only disclosed to designated officers of the club and only used for the sole purposes of managing and administering the club, its activities and its special interest groups and keeping members informed of related photography related activities through our affiliations. 

It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.

We will not pass on or sell your personal information to any third party, business or non-member without your consent. 

We may disclose information when legally required by law to do so or where action is necessary to conform to the laws of the state and nation, applicable code of conduct or legal process served on us.  

From time to time we may need you to update your personal information and we will contact you with the information that we have collected via email, through forms or from other sources.

We may elect to change this policy from time to time and the most recent version can be obtained on request from the club or downloaded from our website.
