The Capstone Project took a lot of time and dedication, and had to be thoroughly planned so everything was completed on time (especially with the pandemic and online learning).
Reserved the stage at school a few months in advance in order to record.
Choose a solo piece to perform.
Talked to band director about helping me record the day of the performance.
Talked to the BTV (a club on campus that reports school news) about borrowing a professional camera.
Filled out the extracurricular tracking sheet to the best of my ability (hunting down dates was a tedious process, though it was an enjoyable trip down memory lane).
Completed a portfolio in a way that accurately represented who am I and demonstrated my passion for music.
Researching articles about environmental awareness to help my audience better understand my cause.
Wrote a poem that showcased my cause.
Met once every week with band director to make sure I was on track and meeting the criteria provided.
Looked for pictures and videos of our past performances/rehearsals.
