Filipino Bamboo Dance | Tinikling

The Filipino Bamboo Dance (Tinikling) is an upbeat Filipino bamboo folk dance which imitates the quick and agile movements of native tikling birds as they escape bamboo traps set by rice farmers. Dancers skip between two bamboo poles making sure their feet are not caught between the clashing bamboo.
